We provide a wide level of care from 15 minutes to 24 hours and we provide this service for the following: personal care (incontinence, bathing, grooming, dressing, medication management, transferring using equipment such as ceiling tracking, mobile hoists, slide sheets etc, toileting, feeding, ect).


We also provide support with assistance with daily activities such as laundry, cooking, cleaning, shopping managing finances, carrying on daily activities i.e. visits to place of worship, social events.


Our service is flexible and we are able to rearrange services to suit individual needs. We also use documentation for recording the service and for communicating back and for with family members if desired.  


We understand that we are there to assist family members and not there to take over or think that we know better. It is our ethos that the service provided is as the customer wants requests after all it their package of care, their home and their right to have it the way they want it. As long as this is within a risk managed framework then we endevour to provide our service this way.



We are registered to provide for adults with learning disabilities, sensory loss/impairment and physical disabilities as well as the elderly. And people with mental health problems.

The agency does not provide services though persons other than employees of the agency.


We do not provide nursing care.
